Isnt it lovely to wake up to some sunshine, even if it is still a little chilly!  This is a great time to think about summer and holidays and all the clothes that are packed away in the attic from last years summer!

If your thinking (like I am) how am I going to fit into my summer clothes then we have the answer – Zumba!  NKB School of Dance run 3 Zumba classes as a week that can help you tone up.  Burning between 500 and 1000 calories an hour Zumba is a fun way to dance away the pounds.  Take a look at our main website page for details of our classes.
